I started doing yoga when I was expecting my first child in 2002…
At the time, I simply wanted gentle exercises and breathing techniques to help me feel better throughout my pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. I continued yoga to help alleviate the stress and anxiety of owning and running a business, being in the public eye and being a full-time mom. Little did I know that yoga would turn into a lifelong, loving practice that continues to help me today, both physically and mentally.
As my children grew and began to feel the pressures of the pre-teen and teenage years, I instinctively shared yoga with them and their friends. It has become my passion and I left the business world to become a certified yoga instructor.
